Function: Convey the pressure and grinding materials

Installation requirement: 

1, Combined grinding roller assembly and the

center yoke with bolts M80. The pressure of torque should be 2167KN.

2, Different hydraulic nut tools should be different pressure, please

confirm before installation.

3, Stay bolts to be retightened to the correct torque level after 8hours

and again 24hours and again 72hours until the torque remains constant.

4, Please leave the gap of bearings and seals at 0.5-1.0mm.

Replacement required standard:

 1, The bearings cannot run properly

2, The hub damaged when cannot afford to mount the wear segment.

3, To prevent the system of grinding from damage, which should be always

keep grease and lubrication running well

4, Check the air sealings on agenda and replace if necessary.
