Function:

2, Support the grinding roller up and down, its simple

to maintenance.

Installation requirement:

1, The force /retighten torque to be 400kn for M33

bolts.

2, Hydraulic nut torque to be specified level when

tight the tension rod head and hydraulic cylinder’s bolts.

3, It’s forbidden to tight with hummer or high

pressure.

4, Two kinds of hydraulic nut usually used are 1354bar（tentec brand）、935bar（HTS）

5, Stay bolts to be retightened to the correct torque

level after 8hours and again 24hours and again 72hours until the torque remains

constant.

6, Belt is recommended when dismantling and mounting

7, Electrical spark should be forbidden when

installation.
