Micro vibrant refractory rotary valve. is a kind automatic rotary and air blocked machinery equipment which can be opened and closed according to the weight measurement. It is not only allowed to work at high heat condition to feed but also to block the air.  It is the normal equip which is used in the distributer kiln because of its automatic movement without enforce power. If not designed properly, the material will be blocked and air leakage will be occurred which can lead to the heat consumption highly, influencing the quality and operation terribly.

1、 Back cover is fixed by screws which can be dismantled and mounted easily to remove the contamination and maintenance it

through the entire board withdrawn.

2、Diameter 159mm gate arranged for cleaning the scrapers and inspection.

3、 The inspection door is adopted by graphite board and labyrinth design which can block the air, using the flexible bolt screw to tight that no tools required to maintenance.

4、Refractory board is high quality heat resistant with ZG40Cr25Ni20Si2 material, and the reinforce support layout more properly which strengthen and enlarge the life of usage.

5、 Outside bearing is famous brand and initial installed with KLUBER41-1501 high temperature Grease to guarantee the flexibility and long life.

6、 Short torque of the board which makes the frequency higher to drop material while blocking the air properly.

7、Weight measurement is flexible adjustable to balance the torque and material

8、 High quality of low carbon steel used and radial leather cutting to assure the precision, and strength of frame enhanced, the connection flange coupled with delivery as well

9、 The valve designed with off-center to ensure the air blocking performance when it is micro moved.
